Frequently Asked Questions

Is it legal to own a slot machine in Texas?
Yes. In Texas, it is legal to own a slot machine manufactured before 1950, or any slot machine that is 25 years old or older, strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Many of the machines we sell are well beyond the 25-year threshold. We recommend consulting a local attorney if you have specific legal questions about your intended use.
Are the machines set up for real money?
No. All machines are configured for free play or token play only — they do not pay out real money. This makes them legal for home entertainment use. Bill acceptors, if present, accept paper but credits are purely for play.
What does "refurbished" mean for these machines?
Each machine has been cleaned inside and out, had worn parts replaced (reel strips, bulbs, buttons, and coin mechs as needed), and has been fully powered on and tested for proper function. Any known issues are noted in the listing description.
Do you deliver or ship machines?
At this time, machines are available for local pickup in the Rio Grande Valley area. We do not ship. You are welcome to arrange your own freight carrier — please contact us to discuss.
Can I try the machine before I buy it?
Absolutely. We encourage you to see the machine running in person before making a purchase. Contact us to schedule a time to come by and play it yourself.

All sales are as-is, but we stand behind the quality of our refurbishment work. If a machine has an issue related to our service within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right. Please ask about the specific machine's condition before buying.
