We stand completely behind our multi-point electronic inspection and setup pipeline. Every customized machine is rigorously tested before leaving our hands, and we protect your game room investment with our standard coverage protocols.
Limited Hardware Warranty (Placeholder: 90 Days)
We offer a limited hardware replacement warranty starting from the day of local pickup or direct transport delivery. This covers critical core computer components, including:
- Main internal power supply bricks and distribution lines.
- LCD video monitor control driver boards and backlight panels.
- Main processing logic motherboards (AVP brains, sound cards, and I/O chips).
* Note for Client: You can change this window length to 30 days, 60 days, 1 year, or keep it as a parts-only trade rule.
Lifetime Remote Technical Support
As long as you own your machine, you are fully backed by our technical diagnostics support lines. If your cabinet ever displays an unexpected error text, battery warning, or needs software calibration following a power glitch, you can text or call us directly. We will step you through the diagnostic key steps completely free of charge.
Exclusions & Policy Constraints
To ensure hardware longevity and protect our service pipeline, standard coverage conditions do not apply to issues arising from:
- Accidental cabinet drops, direct physical display impacts, or structural glass fracturing.
- Liquid splashes or interior spill damage tracking into the button grids or board docks.
- Power supply damage or component blowouts resulting from direct lightning strikes or failure to utilize a standard grounded surge-protector block.
- Commercial or public-venue use (machines are strictly intended for private residential amusement use only).
